Payment Options
1. Full Payment - Due on or before first lesson.
2. Two Payments - First payment due on or before first lesson. Second payment due on or before ninth lesson.
3. Five Payments - First payment due on or before first lesson. Remaining payments due by the 15th of each subsequent month.
Summer Terms require full payment prior to first lesson.
Missed Lessons
Teacher absences:Teachers are required to provide make up lessons for any missed lesson due to teacher absence. No refunds or credits given.
School closure: If Bravo must cancel lessons due to extreme weather or events beyond our control, the missed lessons will be made up.
Student absences: Teachers are not obligated to make up a lesson due to student’s absence. Scheduling conflicts must be addressed a minimum of a week in advance to determine if schedule accommodations can be arranged. If a student is going to be absent, please notify the administrative/desk staff as soon as possible by calling 256-704-5525.
There is a maximum of two missed lessons per term eligible for potential make-up lessons at teacher discretion. Beyond the limit of two missed lessons due to student absence, no make-up accommodations will be made.
No refunds or credits given for missed lessons
Policy & Procedures
Bravo will be offering two full 16 week terms (Fall/Spring) per year, as well as two separate 4 week summer terms to allow for family vacations or just allow for a break.
